STEP 1: Setting Your Course and Place to Study

Select your preferred course, country, university, and city.

To make the right decision, there are a few factors that you may want to consider when selecting your preferred course, country, university, and city.

We understand that choosing the right course and university can be a daunting task, especially when you’re not sure which options are best suited to your unique needs and preferences. That’s why our team is here to help guide you through the process and provide you with personalized recommendations that take into account your skills, qualifications, and lifestyle.

We work hard to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in higher education, so you can trust that our recommendations are backed by the most current and reliable information available. Additionally, our services are completely free of charge, so you can rest assured that you’re getting unbiased advice and support without any hidden fees or obligations.

Submit your documents.

When applying to universities, the required documentation can vary depending on the country and institution you’re applying to. Additionally, specific cases may require different documentation. Here are some of the common documents that are usually requested:

    • Academic Transcripts
    • English Language Proficiency Test Scores
    • Passport
    • Letter of Intent/Statement of Purpose
    • Carta de recomendação
    • Financial Documents (e.g., bank statements, sponsorship letters, scholarship award letters)

Wait for confirmation.

The time it takes to receive a university confirmation for a program varies, usually a few weeks if all documents are complete. Factors such as application deadlines, program popularity, and internal processing procedures can influence the timeline. International students may experience slightly longer processing times due to visa and document requirements. Prospective students should stay in touch with the university’s admission office and apply well in advance, following all guidelines to expedite the process.

STEP 2: University Application and Enrolment

Submission of your enrolment documents to the university.

STEP 3: Visa Application and Beyond

Complete and submit the documents for your visa application.

Completing and submitting the documents for your visa application is a crucial step in your study abroad journey. This process involves gathering all the necessary paperwork, such as your letter of acceptance from the university, proof of financial support, health insurance, and other required documents specific to your destination country’s visa regulations.

Wait for your visa approval.

The visa processing time may vary depending on the country and the specific type of visa you’ve applied for. It’s essential to be patient during this period and refrain from making travel arrangements until you have received the official confirmation.

If your visa application is refused, don’t lose hope. Our team at StudentWorld will be able to help you understand the reasons for the refusal and explore any possible options for reapplication or addressing the issues that led to the rejection.
