We’re seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and proactive Admissions Officer located in Dhaka to support our students through their international education journey. You’ll be a key point of contact for students applying to institutions across Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.

As an Admissions Officer at Student World, you’ll play a crucial role in helping students successfully navigate their study abroad applications.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assess student profiles, qualifications, and study goals to provide personalised counselling and recommend suitable courses and institutions across Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.
• Prepare, process, and lodge student applications accurately through university and partner institution portals.
• Compile and manage admission documents to ensure compliance with institutional requirements and deadlines.
• Liaise with universities, colleges, institutional representatives, and the Sydney admissions team regarding applications, offers, COEs, CAS letters, and enrolment matters.
• Support students throughout the admission process, including enquiry handling, interview preparation, and pre-departure guidance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, email correspondence, databases, and administrative documentation.
• Assist with interview preparation and pre-departure guidance where required.
• Participate in educational seminars, promotional events, and student recruitment activities when necessary.
• Stay updated with international education trends, institutional policies, and visa regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree from any recognized institution is highly regarded
• Previous experience in an educational consultancy firm / agency in an admission officer role will be highly preferred
• Experience in student profile assessments, application processing through university and partner portals
• Strong understanding of admission procedures and documentation
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of accuracy when handling student applications and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
